RaziCloud collects account details, workspace information, contact form submissions, subscription records and operational data that customers choose to store inside their workspace.

How we use information

We use information to provide the SaaS platform, authenticate users, maintain tenant isolation, process subscription requests, generate invoices, support customers and improve product reliability.

Customer workspace data

Customers remain responsible for the lawful collection and use of customer, employee, invoice, document and WhatsApp data they upload or manage inside RaziCloud.

Security controls

Workspace records are separated by tenant, protected by authenticated access, role/module permissions, validation and auditable activity where applicable.

Retention and deletion

Data is retained while an account is active or as required for legal, billing, security and backup purposes. Workspace deletion requests can be submitted through support.
