The service terms for using RaziCloud workspaces, modules, subscriptions and business data features.
Use of service
RaziCloud provides a modular business operating system for CRM, invoicing, inventory, projects, HR, documents, WhatsApp workflows, reports and related services.
Accounts and responsibility
Users must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
Subscriptions
Plans may control user limits, device access, storage, invoice limits, AI credits and module availability. Access may be suspended if a workspace is inactive, expired or used in violation of these terms.
Acceptable use
Customers must not upload malicious content, send unlawful messages, misuse WhatsApp/API functionality, attempt unauthorized access or use RaziCloud to mislead third parties.
Service changes
Features may evolve over time. RaziCloud may update modules, limits, pricing or policies with reasonable notice where required.
